Expats from 36 countries now can enter China
Notice on providing visa facilities for relevant foreigners holding valid residence permits in China

In view of the rapid spread of COVID19 epidemic worldwide, the Chinese government has temporarily suspended foreigners from entering China with valid visas and residence permits to enter China from March 28, but at the same time, they are engaged in necessary economic, trade, technological and other activities in China, and out of emergency Foreigners with humanitarian needs continue to provide visa facilities.
In the context of the normalization of the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, in order to further facilitate personnel exchanges between the two sides, China has decided that relevant European countries (see the list below) hold relevant Chinese residence permits (work, personal affairs, group residence permits) , You can apply for a visa to China for free from any Chinese embassy or consulate in these countries. Relevant personnel must abide by China’s local government anti-epidemic management regulations after entry.
