No more Paper trademark registration certificate!
According to the announcement issued by the State Intellectual Property Office (No. 453) on adjusting the method of issuing trademark registration certificates. It is mentioned that starting from January 1, 2022, Announce registration and other trademark registration certificates generated by trademark applications, submit the trademark application in paper form and get the "Notice of Issuing a Trademark Registration Certificate”, the registrant can log in to the China Trademark website to obtain the electronic trademark registration certificate according to the designated website address and extraction code given in the notice; to submit a trademark application electronically, then the registrant can log in to the trademark online service system to obtain an electronic trademark registration certificate. The electronic trademark registration certificate can be viewed, downloaded and printed by the registrant directly. The State Intellectual Property Office no longer issues paper trademark registration certificates.
