According to the provisions of Article 70th of the "Implementation Rules of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Registration of Market Entities", which is implemented from March 1, 2022, if market entities fail to publicize or submit annual reports within the time limit prescribed by laws and administrative regulations, the registration bureau can put such entities in the abnormal list of operators, and a fine of less than 10,000 yuan may be imposed.
