The management measure of "7-day centralized isolation+3-day home health monitoring" was adjusted to "5-day centralized isolation+3-day home isolation"

Overflow personnel in high-risk areas

"7-day centralized isolation" is adjusted to "7-day home isolation"

Traveling to China from Abroad

"7 days of centralized isolation+3 days of home health monitoring" is adjusted to "5 days of centralized isolation+3 days of home isolation"

Note: The above personnel shall not go out during isolation.

From "high, medium and low" to "high and low"

Minimize control personnel

Employees in high-risk posts who have finished closed loop operations

"7-day centralized isolation or 7-day home isolation" is adjusted to "5-day home health monitoring”

Cancel the circuit breaker mechanism for inbound flights

The negative certificate of nucleic acid test twice within 48 hours before boarding is adjusted to the negative certificate of nucleic acid test once within 48 hours before boarding

High risk areas are generally defined by units and buildings, and shall not be expanded at will

In areas without epidemic situation, nucleic acid testing shall be carried out for risk posts and key personnel in strict accordance with the scope determined in the ninth version of the prevention and control plan, and the scope of nucleic acid testing shall not be expanded. Generally, nucleic acid testing for all staff is not carried out according to administrative regions.

After the inbound personnel are isolated at the first entry point, the destination shall not be isolated again

Strictly implement the system of responsibility for the first diagnosis and the system of emergency and critical care rescue. Do not shirk and refuse diagnosis for any reason, and ensure the needs of residents for treatment and medication

All schools around the country should strictly implement the national and educational department’s prevention and control measures, resolutely implement the scientific and accurate prevention and control requirements, and should not increase control

During the outbreak of the epidemic, we should make every effort to ensure the smooth flow of logistics. We should not arbitrarily ask key enterprises related to the overall situation of the industrial chain and the livelihood of the people to stop production, and implement the "white list" system
