This is the first online registration platform in China that integrates the "full cycle" registration business of the establishment, change, and cancellation of domestic and foreign-funded enterprises, achieving the full online processing of enterprise registration processes such as application, review, issuance, and publicity.

According to the Shanghai Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, the new platform integrates the entire process of establishing, changing, and foreign-funded enterprises into one portal on the basis of the original "Shanghai Open Enterprise One Window" online service platform. At the same time, it adds functions for the full process of foreign-funded enterprise change and cancellation, and strengthens business collaboration. Taking enterprise registration as the main line, the "one entry" integrates multiple cross disciplinary functions such as registration announcement release and query, foreign investment information submission, simple cancellation objection pre inspection, taxation, human resources and social security, and housing provident fund.

After the new platform is launched, enterprises only need to log in once to simultaneously query all registered businesses under their name, and sign all documents that require electronic signature at once; The new platform also introduces bilingual services in Chinese and English for the first time in key registration processes such as service guidance, identity verification, and electronic signatures; The new functions of electronic business license and "enterprise code" were also released simultaneously on the same day.

The relevant person in charge stated that the full online process of enterprise registration will effectively reduce the institutional transaction costs of enterprises, and this new platform will also become the primary platform for domestic and foreign investors to invest and prosper in Shanghai.
