1. What kind of employers can enjoy the job stabilization rebate policy?

Enterprises insured in the city can enjoy the job stabilization rebate policy if they have the following conditions:

(i) Participating in unemployment insurance in accordance with the law and paying unemployment insurance premiums in accordance with the regulations in the year 2023.

(ii) The layoff rate is not higher than the control target of the national urban survey unemployment rate (5.5%) in the previous year, and the layoff rate of enterprises with 30 employees or less is not higher than 20%.

Social organizations, foundations, social service organizations, law firms, accounting firms, and self-employed businessmen who participate in the insurance in the form of units shall refer to the implementation.

Enterprises classified as serious credit failures are not eligible for the policy.

2. What is the standard of stable job rebate?

For eligible employers, large enterprises will be refunded 30% of the total amount of unemployment insurance premiums actually paid by the enterprise and its employees in the year of 2023, while small, medium and micro-enterprises and other employers will be refunded 60% of the total amount of unemployment insurance premiums actually paid by the enterprise and its employees in the year of 2023.
