According to related law and policy, the government bureau has implemented the policy of merging business license, enterprise code certificate, tax certificate, social insurance register certificate and statistic certificate to one certificate (Social Credit Code certificate) which effect on 1.Oct.2016. 

The current certificates would be valid until the end of 2017.  or Postponement of Payment
