According to the Measures for the Administration of Beneficial Owner Information (see: https://www.gov.cn/gongbao/2024/issue_11386/202406/content_6955755.html), starting from November 1, 2024, companies, partnerships, and branches of foreign companies shall, at the time of establishment registration, file beneficial owner information through the relevant registration system. Those companies, partnerships and branches of foreign companies that have been registered before November 1, 2024 shall, record the beneficial owner information in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Beneficial Owner Information before November 1, 2025.
