According to the "Regulations on the Management of Business Entity Registration Applications and Agency Behaviors", on September 25, 2025, the State Administration for Market Regulation launched a national business entity registration and registration agent information system, which records, collects, and makes public relevant information such as registration agents across the country, the heads of related institutions, employees, agency business, and personnel who have been legally restricted from applying for business entity registration.

On October 30, 2025, our province’s registration system will automatically invoke the verification service. For those proxy personnel who have not completed the filling of identity information (except for those registered with the registration authority as registration liaison officers), they will be prohibited from conducting registration business; registration registration agents are restricted from concurrently serving as the registration liaison officers of business entities (except for those established by the registration registration agents with their own funds); and registration business shall not be handled by registration liaison officers who have not been legally registered.

To avoid any disruption to the processing of business registration, registration agents should complete the relevant information filling through the "I Declare My Identity as a Registration Agent" module on the "National Business Registration and Registration Service Network" (https://dj.samr.gov.cn) by October 29, 2025. If the registration contact person changes, they must legally apply for registration with the registration authority.
